Premier Skills English

Since 2011, Jack has managed the Premier Skills English website, part of the British Council’s collaboration with the Premier League.  Initially, Jack was employed by the British Council and worked on the project from the British Council offices in Colombo, Sri Lanka and Jakarta, Indonesia. In 2013, Jack returned to the UK and has continued to manage the Premier Skills English website, through this consultancy. 

In this time, Jack has worked on a wide range of resources for teachers and learners of English including: videos, listening and reading resources, vocabulary activities. In 2015, Jack created the Premier Skills English Podcast. The podcast has over 800 episodes and has had over 13m downloads and regularly features in the top 10 of the Language Learning and Education charts on Apple Podcasts.
